Here is a little information about me. I'm a 29 year old single mother of two beautiful girls. My girls are 11 years old and 4 years old. I am very friendly and out going. I signed up for a 30 day free trial on Dec. 29. they turned around and billed my credit card on Jan. 13 the day i got my first dvds. i sent them an email informing them of their error and tell them to cancle my account. they agreed to refund my money which they did on Jan. 21. but then they turned around on Jan 23, and billed my card again and sent out another dvd. ignoring the fact that i told them to cancle my account. they are now refusing to refund my money.
